  • If you receive e-mail from us (such as our electronic newsletter) that you do not want to receive, please return it with a note to unsubscribe from our mailing list.

  • To help us serve you better, we may collect non-personally identifiable information, including traffic data and information that identifies your computer or browser. Cookies are pieces of information placed in the settings of your web browser by a website server to identify your computer when you return to a website. Whenever sites welcome visitors and tailors data to their specifications, it is reading a cookie left in their browser and identifying information that they may have registered during previous visits.

  • We may be required to share your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information pursuant to judicial or governmental subpoenas, warrants or orders. If we are legally required to do so, or, in good faith believe that we are legally required to do so, we will obey the law.   • Protection of the privacy of legal minors is crucial and in order to adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) we will not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 13 or knowingly allow children under 13 to register for any portions of the Site requiring registration including, without limitation, commenting on our blog. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 we will immediately remove the information from our systems.
